Concept Two Sequel
This system incorporates a six station Dielectric Process Module on the Concept Two platform to provide high throughput deposition of dielectric CVD films utilizing silane chemistries. The system offers continuous wafer processing with full factory automation capability.
This system will be remanufactured and will perform "equivalent to new condition". It may contain refurbished assemblies.
